The "Contempt of Court" law should totally Scrapped. The "Disobedience of a Court Order" should be separated from the present "Contempt of Court" law; and a fresh Law should be made for that.

🈶️ There should be an Effective and Independent (of Judiciary) Process to Probe, Charge, Try and Punish a Judge who has done Corruption or Criminal Offence. 

🈶️ The Process for the Removal of a Criminal Judge should be made Simple and Foolproof (to protect Judges from false Removal by Politicians). 

🈶️ The "Contempt of Court" law should totally Scrapped. The present law only serves to protect Judges who do Criminal Activities. 

▪️ In any Civilized Society anywhere in the World, the Right to Criticize will be one of the Fundamental Rights. 

Or else, that Society can be deemed to be a Un-Civilized Society. 

👉 The "Disobedience of a Court Order" should be separated from the present "Contempt of Court" law; and a fresh Law should be made for that.

🈶️ Total Support for Activist Prasanth Bhooshan regarding the Court charging him with "Contempt of Court". This is a Classic Example of the said law being MISUSED by the JUDICIARY.
