Dijo Thomas's struggle for Justice for others are the other Reasons: 1. Dijo Thomas had been supporting the Struggle for Justice by Sreejith from 70th day of his struggle. 2. He had also intervened in the Vinayakan Case, Engandiyur, Thrissur, in which the Police brutally assaulted Vinayakan, a School Student, just because he had grown his hair long. As a result, Later he committed suicide, as soon as he reached his house.

When: Date of the incident: 11 March 2018 & 12 March 2018 Incident: Dijo Thomas Jailed in Kozhikode for Questioning the Foul Words (Theri) used by Kozhikode Medical College SI Habeebulla A & another policeman on a person accompaniying him. Dijo Thomas refuses to take Station Bail as SI Habeebulla A & another policeman had done the Wrong, & he himself didn't do Anything Wrong, but only Questioned the Wrong done by them. The Female First Class Magistrate of Kunnamangalam Court [police informed me that her name is Nishi] Illegally sends him to Jail as a part of Conspiracy by CPM & CPI , Police Higher Officials & Female First Class Magistrate for 14 days on 12 March 2018. Female First Class Magistrate of Kunnamangalam Court at first refused to hear the various Illegal actions by SI Habeebulla A which led to the incident & the subsequent Human Rights vioalations. After I protested & repeatedly insisted, only, she heard my version. On the Remand Report, FCM of Kunnamangalam Court Fraudulently wrote that I had No complaints against the Police and asked me to sign it. I refused to sign it & asked to see her, but was refused. On 16 Mar 18 Dijo Thomas started Hunger Strike in Jail protesting against Illegal actions of First Class Magistrate of Kunnamangalam Court, SI Habeebulla A etc. The next day he was shifted to District Jail. On Sunday 18 Mar 18 he was Released on Bail. No enquiry even after 1 Year on Two Complaints given against First Class Magistrate of Kunnamangalam Court for her illegal action shows how Corrupt the Indian System of Justice is. Question to the Judges & CJI of Supreme Court: Is Supreme Court Happy that a First Class Magistrate of Kunnamangalam Court conducted such a Big Fraudulant action? Is it that if an ordinary person counductd a small mistake, he can be punished, but if a Judge conducts a Big Fraud, that is Not at all a Problem? I demand that the First Class Magistrate of Kunnamangalam Court should be Dismissed & severely Punished for conducting such a Big Fraudulent action.
