Criminal Conspiracy by Kanam Rajendran, CPI , CPM, Advocate Sarath Chandran [Pathanamthitta], Vinod Koshi of Dynamic Action, Ist Class Judicial Magistrate, Jossy Kondody etc. to Murder Dijo Thomas Or to Frame him in False Cases


Criminal Conspiracy by Kanam Rajendran, CPI , CPM, Advocate Sarath Chandran [Pathanamthitta], Vinod Koshi of Dynamic Action, Jossy Kondody,  the Magistrate of Ist Class Judicial Magistrate Court in Pathanamthitta on 24-4-18, etc. to Murder Dijo Thomas or Or to Frame him in False Cases by getting Dijo Thomas sign Fraudulently Two Blank White Papers & 4 Folded Papers on 24-4-18 in the Ist Class Judicial Magistrate Court in Pathanamthitta.
Who all were involved in the Conspirancy:
Kanam Rajendran, CPI , CPM, Advocate Sarath Chandran [Pathanamthitta], Vinod Koshi of Dynamic Action,  the Magistrate of Ist Class Judicial Magistrate Court in Pathanamthitta on 24-4-18, Senior Police Officers in Kerala Police who are criminally helping Roman Catholic Fanatics Jossy Kondody, Bossy Kondody, Tijo Kondody etc., SI & some Policemen of Aranmula Police Station, Public Prosecutor, Female assistant of Advocate Sarath Chandran etc.

Incident:
When a KSRTC lady conductor rudely asked me to vacate the seat [which is their usual practice],on 23-4-18 i told her to be polite, but she continued in the same rude manner.
This led to argument, & I took the stand that I am ready to move, but the conductor should first apologize. She refused to do that & continued to insult me. The Police was called.

1. As I am an Human Rights Activist and was a leader & strong supporter in the noted Sreejith Struggle before Secretariat, TVM & Vinayakan Case, Thrissur, the Aranmula Principal SI & other Police officials deliberately told them to give a False complaint that I had used abusive words, which I had not.

2. They refused to take my complaint, despite repeated demands.
I then asked Sarath & Vinod Koshi, of Dynamic Action a so called NGO person of that area, to appoint an Advocate. Later when I called he told that he has arranged an Advocate called Sarath Chandran, an Environmental Activist, but I will have to sigh some papers. At that time I thought he referred to normal Vakkalath Papers that one sign authorizing the case to an Advocate.

3. In Ist Class Judicial Magistrate Court in Pathanamthitta [as on 24-4-2018], the Magistrate kept denying me the bail, despite telling him Many times that it was a Fabricated case; that I was Responding to the conductor's Rude Manner; and that the conductor & I had done only the same actions.

>  The denial of bail to me was a Purposeful Action from the part of the Ist Class Judicial Magistrate of Pathanamthitta Court as a result of Conspirancy of above mentioned; including the Ist Class Judicial Magistrate

In the Afternoon, Advocate Sarath Chandran suddenly appeared, went to the Magistrate & started his arguments even without referring to me. Advocate Sarath Chandran then came & said that he was refusing to grant bail without 2 sureties. He again talked to the Magistrate, came to me & told me that I have to sign some papers.
First he brought a folded form which he Hastly made me sign, without allowing me to read it.
Then he instructed his assistant girl, she ran and brought a Blank White Paper. He made me sign that too.
Then after some consultations, he instructed his assistant girl, she ran and brought one Blank White Paper & 3 Folded Papers. He again made me sign all four papers.
As I was not familiar with the Court Proceedings & as I thought that I was signing the bail papers, I didn't suspect anything at that time.

Later the Magistrate granted me bail on my own surety.
After that the court officer came & told me to sign some papers & court book.
The next day only I realized that I had signed Two Blank White Papers & 4 Folded Papers [ Advocate Sarath Chandran purposefully Folded it so that I will Not see its Content], which seemed Suspicious to me.

Then I asked other advocates about it, they told that I have to sign only one Vakkalath Paper for the representing Advocate.
Clearly there was a Criminal Conspiracy by Advocate Sarath Chandran, Vinod Koshi of Dynamic Action, Sarath [Irinjallakkuda] of Dynamic Action, assistant Clerk Girl of Advocate Sarath Chandran etc. to get Signed Papers from me so that they could use it for some Unknown Criminal Action.

Advocate Sarath Chandran [Pathanamthitta], Vinod Koshi of Dynamic Action are Followers of CPI.
They Could also have sold the Blank Papers signed by Dijo Thomas to RSS / BJP.

 Two Blank White Papers & 4 Folded Papers can be used as a Suicidal Note, claiming to be written by Dijo. Thus the Two Blank White Papers & 4 Folded Papers cab be used to Murder Dijo Thomas.

 Two Blank White Papers & 4 Folded Papers could be used for any of the following Criminal Activity:
 1. Framing me in a False Case  
2, It can be submitted as a Letter written by Dijo Thomas 
3. The above Signed Papers can be used as an admission of Crime [but in reality which I have Not committed]
4. Used for Numerous other Criminal Activity to indict Dijo Thomas
5. The above Signed Papers can be used as an admission of Crime by giving a date even before  [but in reality which I have Not committed] 

 ........ Or even more Criminal Actions against Dijo Thomas
1. Jossy Kondody, Kondody House, Eravuchira PO, Kottayam 2. Principal SI [SHO] of Vakathanam Police Station in Jan, Feb & March 2010 [he has strong connections in Pathanamthitta] 3. Bossy Kondody [brother of Jossy Kondody], 4. his Cousin Tijo Kondody, 5. PV Thomas, Poovanolickal are all involved in this Conspirancy as Advocate Sarath Chandran & Group didn't have any pre-grudge against me. [I had given earlier Complaints against them regarding the Murder of Sri. K T Varkey, Poovanolickal House, Vakathanam PO, Kottayam.]

In May 2017, Kanam Rajendran, State Secretary of CPI, CPI Party & CPM tried to Promote & Extend the Tenure of G. Harikumar of Kerala Forest Department [No.2 in FD], the Main Brain behind Elephant Poaching Case, as No. 1 {Head ofForest Force] in May 2017.
They Tried to Promote Chief Wildlife Warden G. Harikumar of Kerala Forest Department [No.2 in FD], the Main Brain behind Elephant Poaching Case, as No. 1 {Head of Forest Force] in May 2017. Dijo Thomas with support from Domesticated Elephants Protection Activist Venkitachalam blocked that.

Dijo Thomas called Kanam Rajendran [Kanam] by Phone from Thrissur in May 2017 & requested him not to Promote CWW G. Harikumar as No. 1, - Head of Forest Force, as he was the Main Brain behind Elephant Poaching Case. A Vigilance case was also against him regarding that.

This Report on Elephant Poaching was given by Dijo Thomas to Mangalam to prevent the promotion of Chief Wildlife Warden G. Harikumar, [] second in Kerala Forest Department hierarchy by Kanam Rajendran, Pinarai Vijayan, CPM & CPI. This is the Provocation for the attempt to murder Dijo Thomas by Kanam Rajendran, as Kanam / Pinarai Vijayan lost Crores of Rupees; & had to cancel it.

Kanam later informed Dijo that CM Pinarai Vijayan was the one who asked him to promote G. Harikumar.
Since then CPI & CPM had been targeting Dijo.
